Clinical Handpiece in Operation
At 300 East 17th Avenue in Denver, Velviques provides clinical laser epilation at transparent session rates of $100–$300, matching spot size and sapphire contact cooling to your skin phototype.
Laser hair removal functions by delivering collimated light energy absorbed selectively by melanin in the hair shaft and follicular bulb. When heated above the thermal coagulation threshold (approximately 65°C to 70°C), the germinative cells responsible for hair regeneration are disabled. Because hair follicles cycle continuously through anagen (active growth), catagen (regression), and telogen (resting) phases, successful reduction requires sequential sessions spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart to target follicles as they enter active anagen.
Our Denver practice uses clinical laser platforms equipped with integrated sapphire contact cooling plates that maintain surface temperatures between 0°C and 4°C throughout every pulse. This cooling suppresses epidermal heat buildup while allowing therapeutic fluences to reach deep hair bulbs safely.
Laser hair removal is billed strictly per session according to anatomical surface area and pulse density:
Upper lip, chin, sideburns, glabella, or anterior neck line. Typical duration: 20–30 minutes.
Axillae (underarms), standard bikini border, lower arms, or shoulders. Typical duration: 30–45 minutes.
Full legs, full back, chest with abdomen, or Brazilian extension. Typical duration: 45–60 minutes.
We do not lock clients into non-refundable upfront 12-session packages. You pay per session, allowing us to inspect follicular shedding between cycles.
"Laser epilation fails when technicians rush pulses across unshaved hair or fire blind packages without tracking hair growth intervals. We measure fluence by joules per square centimeter and never treat over a tan. Controlled clinical physics protect your skin." Licensed Aesthetic Practitioner • Velviques Denver
